Lehigh Valley Health Network, proudly part of Jefferson Health, is offering a free 2-hour online class for patients with chronic pain. This class is only available to patients who receive care at Lehigh Valley Health Network/Jefferson Health and colleagues and their family members.

• Discover how pain works and steps you can take to manage it.
• Learn practical, easy-to-use pain relief techniques you can use right away.
• Receive a free binaural relaxation audio file.
• Create a personalized pain relief plan tailored to your needs.
• Have a friend or family member attend the class with you.

This class is open to all patients 18 years and older.

From Student to Instructor

By the end of the day prior to your scheduled class, you will receive an email containing class materials, instructions, and a link to register for the Microsoft Teams class.

1. As soon as you get this email, please click on the Teams link to sign up so you will have the link for the online class.

2. After completing the Teams registration, you will receive a follow-up email with the link to join the class.
